Billy Crystal has mentioned one of his most memorable sweaters in the movie When Harry Met Sally. In a clandestine interview with a media portal, the actor quipped that he probably sold or donated it. Billy Crystal expects there are teens out there wearing the off-white sweaters made famous in the movie ‘When Harry Met Sally.’ People Magazine reports that the actor has preserved some of the clothes worn in the 1989 movie in his closet. Despite this, the Hollywood star stated that a specific type of cloth could have ended up in the UCLA theater costume department.
Speaking to the entertainment portal recently, the actor of ‘Analyze’ was asked if he still retained the costumes of the characters he essayed on the big screen. Crystal answered, “I have got lots of them. I’m a bit of a clothes horse. The one I don’t have is that sweater, and I had it for years—the one from When Harry Met Sally—the real one.” The actor added: “I think it went to UCLA’s theater department with loads of clothes for costumes.” I have a feeling it’s there.
It bothers me as I’ve watched and tried to think about watching other people, you know, seeing people on Facebook, owning a sweater, and doing the pose from that scene. I wish I had that sweater.”So, the actor implored UCLA’s theater department to look at its sweater wardrobe and, if they had it, to return it politely.
On the other hand, Crystal is back on the screens with his new project, ‘Before,’ now available on Apple TV. The cast will also be playing the role of the producer of the 10-episode show. Others appearing in the show include Judith Light and Rosie Perez, apart from the star actor of ‘The Princess Bride.’ That was about Eli, a child psychologist who becomes a widower at the beginning of the series. He then encounters a young boy with an enigmatic link to the former past. According to the synopsis, Elis’s enigmatic bond grows stronger as he tries to assist Noah.
