Amazon Prime Video has now officially commissioned an authorized scripted series based on the life of the legendary boxing champion Muhammad Ali. This highly anticipated project, which has already generated some buzz within the fandom, seeks to explore more on the personal and professional aspects of the boxing legend.
The title yet to be ascertained series will be created with the assistance of the Ali estate meaning that the protagonist’s achievements will be true to reality. Lonnie Ali, Muhammad’s widow, and other close relatives are expected to take part in the production providing interesting material concerning the character. Accordingly, Lonnie Ali has shared her enthusiasm regarding the development of the show: “Muhammad was a beacon of hope for people with his courage, resilience, and compassion.
