Keanu Reeves of the hit ‘John Wick’ fame, who recently raced as a professional driver on a racetrack, hit the wall at the venue of an off-road car event.
This is the testimony of The Guardian that the 60-year-old drove in the Toyota GR Cup on Saturday at the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Indiana, the US.
Reeves got into the grass, avoiding contact on the exit of turn nine, but rejoined the racing line, indicating that he was ok. The actor qualified 31st out of 35 cars /He got as high as 21st/ managed not to crash in turn 14 on the first lap.
He timed 45 minutes and came to 25th position in the racing event. Reeves has had a streak of doing well at the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach in the celebrity race in 2009. He has another race on Sunday in the Toyota GR Cup.
