Actress Uma Thurman, who filmed the role of Poison Ivy in the 1997 American superhero film ‘Batman & Robin,’ told Deadline that her children liked the movie. She was on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ a few days ago, and she told the host that her children are fans of Batman & Robin and that ‘They love Poison Ivy.’

Thurman said, “That’s the one that was made for children.” Well, my kids love it,” Clarkson added.’ Batman & Robin’ is a 1997 American superhero motion picture based on the DC comic characters Batman and Robin drawn by Bill Finger and Bob Kane. It is the fourth and final installment of Warner Bros.’ tonal and directorial Batman film series: an informational/critical sequel to Batman Forever and the only film of the original franchise not financed by pneumonic prophet Tim Burton.

This brilliant action-packed superhero film, directed by and starring George Clooney and Chris O’Donnell as the latter title characters, has received varying reactions from the two fraternities. Thurman’s recent assertion that Schumacher made Batman & Robin for kids has raised many eyebrows, given the embarrassing suits in his movies. Nearly everyone has been taken by Thurman’s assertion that Schumacher developed Batman and Robin for kids with such contentious costumes in the film.

Its director is Joel Schumacher, and the script belongs to Akiva Goldsman; George Clooney as Bruce Wayne / Batman takes the place of Val Kilmer, Arnold Schwarzenegger as Victor Fries / Mr Freeze, Chris O’Donnell as Dick Grayson / Robin, Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy, and Alicia Silverstone as Dr Vermin. Deadline claims that Batman and Robin were utterly different from every other movie in the series, which started with Tim Burton’s Batman in 1989.
